IT Infrastructure Manager will

About this role

Manage/Lead IT Infrastructure and Operation team.
Manage IT Infrastructure Day to day operations.
Plan annual budget for IT infrastructure.
Prepare RFPs for infrastructure projects.
Managing Cyber security framework & controls
Sound knowledge of ISMS ISO 27001, QSF 2022 & NIA, etc
Experience in interacting & managing with National Agencies
Prepare SOW, technical evaluation criteria, and procurement requests for IT infrastructure projects
Build infrastructure strategy in collaboration with business needs
Implement IT continuous improvement programs
Ensure system performance and SLAs are met
Provide in-depth technical expertise for both tactical and operational initiatives
Manage strategic relationships with key IT product and service providers
Assess the relative impact of IT industry trends on current and future enterprise infrastructure needs and projects
Interface with business unit managers to define infrastructure support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze and predict trends and develop long-range plans designed to maintain cost-effectiveness.
Participate in IT strategy planning activities.
Work closely with project team members for time allocation and prioritization
Manages a dynamic team of individuals, constantly searching for creative ways to elevate the capabilities of technology systems to meet business needs.

What you need to bring

IT Infrastructure / Security Management certifications ( like CISM, CISSP) is desirable.
12- 15 + Years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
