Roles & Responsibilities



Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues across platforms with minimal downtime. Manage and maintain IT assets (inventory tracking, lifecycle management). Provide timely support via phone, email, and chat to ensure smooth user experience. Document technical issues/resolutions in a ticketing system for knowledge sharing and future reference.

2+ years

of hands-on IT support experience. Experience in
