Job Description

IT Helpdesk Support with the following skills and qualifications :

- Provide quick and effective assistance with IT systems.
- Support users Remotely through systems configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Maintain essential IT operations , including operating systems , security tools, applications, servers , email systems, laptops, desktops and hardware .
- Install, configure and support workstation software, hardware, printers and extensions .
- IT Assets management - Track IT assets and ensure proper hardware/Software allocation.
- Helpdesk portal
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems required (Microsoft dynamics, SAP)
- Min .2 years of experience required in the same field
- Arabic speaker (preferable)
