The IT Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software of the remote Offices, providing end-user support to office staff as well as remotely to other offices world-wide.
Position reports directly to Senior IT Help desk Engineer in Dubai.
Responsibilities include, but not limited, to:
\xc2\xb7 Provides direct front line software and hardware support by the help desk platform.
\xc2\xb7 Configures new user workstation equipment, user accounts, corporate software.
\xc2\xb7 Updates and manage the IT asset inventory.
\xc2\xb7 Performs periodic maintenance on corporate client devices according to corporate policies.
\xc2\xb7 Support global implementations software/hardware.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with IT suppliers to meet Corporate IT requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Contacts periodically Branch offices to get feedback about any IT issue.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures implementation of global IT policies.
\xc2\xb7 Ensures issues are tracked, resolved in a timely manner and followed-up .
\xc2\xb7 Documents procedures and implementations.
