Duration: 12 months extendable contract/ Contract to Hire
Job Purpose: To provide (First Line Support) and Audio Visual support to customers, assisting them with requests and issues related to software, hardware, operating Systems, and configuration guidance , via helpdesk portal, collaboration tools, phone, or email so that customers can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving escalated Tickets within established SLAs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementation of IT Infrastructure & Technical Support policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Strong Audio Visual Technical Support experience and Audio Visual Events coordination including excellent customer support experience
Call Queue Management support and BAU Helpdesk Support experience
Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices
considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction..
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or relevant discipline.
Must have 4 years of experience in the relevant field in a face paced working environment.
