We are looking for an

IT Hardware, Software & Smart Devices Technician

with expertise in installing, configuring, and maintaining

IT hardware, software, and smart home/office automation devices

. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and

excellent English communication skills

to effectively interact with teams, vendors, and clients.

Preference will be given to

male candidates

with at least

3 years of UAE experience

in hardware, software, and smart devices installation companies.

Role Overview

You will manage the end-to-end installation, configuration, and support of IT hardware, software, networking systems, and smart automation devices for offices and residential setups.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & Smart Devices Installation

Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as: CCTV cameras & surveillance systems Video conferencing machines Desktop computers & laptops Printers & scanners Door access control devices & biometric punching systems Smart locks, smart lighting, and smart home/office automation systems Wi-Fi routers, switches, and access points Networking hardware & servers Perform wiring, cabling, and infrastructure setup. Conduct preventive maintenance and device upgrades.

Software Installation & Support

Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and enterprise software. Troubleshoot compatibility and performance issues. Provide integration support between hardware devices and automation systems.

Networking & Systems Administration

Configure LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks for homes and offices. Monitor and resolve network connectivity and performance issues. Support servers, backup systems, and security configurations.

Smart Office & Home Automation

Install and configure smart devices (locks, cameras, sensors, lighting, thermostats, video doorbells, etc.). Ensure seamless integration with mobile apps and management platforms. Provide user training on operating smart automation systems.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Document issues and preventive solutions. Deliver on-site support and guidance to staff and end-users.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

.

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience

in hardware/software installation and smart devices setup. Strong knowledge of

IT hardware, wiring, networking, and automation systems

. Experience with CCTV, access control, biometrics, and smart home/office technologies. Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and system configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preference:

male candidate

. UAE driving license is an advantage.
