Job Description
1) IT Hardware Technician and Inventory Management
Manage and control all IT assets Identify and catalogue all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, and networking equipment. Coordinate the procurement process for new IT assets. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements under warranty. Maintain a centralized inventory database or system to store asset information. Update the inventory database regularly to reflect changes, additions, and disposals. Monitor the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from acquisition to disposal.
Skills & Qualifications
ITIL Foundation Inventory & Asset management. Reporting Skills Effectively communicate, both written and verbal, in English languages At least year of experience in IT technical support/ Hardware troubleshooting Hardware Knowledge: Understanding of computer hardware components, peripherals, and troubleshooting hardware issues Software Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), common software applications, and troubleshooting software-related problems. Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, engineering or computer science, or related
