Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced

IT Governance Consultant

who can guide and lead our clients in strengthening their IT governance practices. If you have a passion for improving IT performance, developing strong frameworks, and driving digital transformation within government institutions, this role is perfect for you.


You will play a key role in helping organizations build smarter, more efficient systems that align technology with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement

IT governance frameworks

and best practices. Lead

digital transformation

and

IT performance improvement

projects. Analyze existing systems to identify

gaps

and recommend solutions. Design and document

policies, procedures, and governance models

. Support

institutional transition and change management

planning. Work closely with government and enterprise clients to ensure the successful delivery of governance goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years

of experience in IT governance or related roles. Proven expertise in

governance framework development and implementation

. Strong background in

digital transformation

and

performance improvement

. Experience working with

government sector institutions

is preferred.

Arabic fluency

(written and spoken) is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
