- Act as the customer liaison to Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineer teams.
- Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Be a part of the on-call rotation for the assigned product team.
- Installation, configuration and support for software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers and partner\xe2\x80\x99s site.
- Provide technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support).
