Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled

IT Expert

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SEO, Google Ads, website development, digital and social media marketing, content creation, and general IT support. The role also involves coordinating with service providers such as Du, managing outsourced IT functions, and handling both hardware and software requirements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & SEO:

Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility. Manage Google Ads campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Analyze and report digital performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Manage and grow the company's social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Create engaging, relevant content to support online marketing initiatives and improve brand reach.

IT Support & Coordination:

Provide first-level technical support for internal software and systems. Coordinate with Du and external IT vendors to resolve service issues. Maintain and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure including PCs, printers, routers, and internet connections. Install, configure, and update hardware and software per company needs. Implement basic cybersecurity protocols and ensure regular data backups.

Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Maintain IT-related records and asset inventory. Assist other departments with technology-related concerns. Update the company website and manage email configurations. Stay informed on the latest trends in IT and digital marketing to recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in IT and digital marketing roles. Proficient in Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, website development, and content creation. Solid understanding of various social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Technical proficiency in IT hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and software deployment. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Preferred Profile:

Currently residing in Dubai Technically competent, reliable, and self-driven
