About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated IT professional with hotel industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of hotel IT systems, networks, and software, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting all departments with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office software, etc.)
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates are in place
- Support staff with technical assistance and training
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related requirements
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of IT experience (hospitality industry preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (Opera, IDS, Portal, or similar) and POS systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.
