Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee ERP system operations
Coordinate with departments for system requirements and updates
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues
Plan and implement ERP upgrades and improvements
Train staff on ERP functionalities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and training abilities
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
