Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
5-7 years of relevant IT experience.
Strong technical knowledge in servers, hardware, networking, and security.
Proficient in Windows, macOS, and mobile OS platforms.
Knowledge of MS Office applications.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Valid UAE Driving License and own car.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills:
Server & end-user hardware support
Networking (wired/wireless), routing & switching
Firewall management & IT security
Operating systems: Windows, macOS, Mobile platforms
MS Office proficiency
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Teamwork and communication
