Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, access control systems, structured cabling, IT and audio-video equipment as per technical specifications and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, access control systems, structured cabling, and audio-video systems.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documentation. Strong understanding of electronic and electrical systems relevant to low voltage applications.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CCTV, access control, structured cabling) are a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to effectively address technical issues and perform timely repairs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact
