Shift: Schedule: Full-time Reporting directly to the IT Efficiency & Transversal Monitoring Executive Manager, you will be responsible: Hierarchical management of the IT E&TM Morocco team composed of Monitoring BP advisors and Transversal Practice officers. Operational monitoring of the activities delivered by the team Development and promotion of the IT E&TM activity within Group Operations and elsewhere. Due to the evolving nature of the team's activities, this position requires a strong capacity to adapt, mobilize and support changes in order to integrate new activities or offer new services, all in a continuous improvement process. The position is located in Rabat (Technopolis) with regular travel to France.

MISSIONS With a strong leadership and communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch the Manager should be well organized and able to work under pressure. The responsibilities of the IT E&TM Manager include managing the day-to-day resources, providing guidance on policies and processes, and collaborating with other department leaders to support them in terms of transversal activities. He will be responsible of: Operational & business development: The development of new products (services, deliverables, etc.) that could be produced by the IT E&TM team, while highlighting products that create bridges between the team's current and future activities. The Promotion of the IT E&TM activities to the different departments & divisions within AXA GO, to attract new scope expansion Building both technical and financial service propositions in conjunction with the finance and HR teams Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop activities Managing the implementation of new activities and ensuring the efficient operational follow-up of these activities. Ensure a good level of service quality on the different activities Analyzing financial data of the department, risks, and resource allocation for each activity Ensure the governance and reporting of the activity to management and partners. Ensure the operational efficiency of the activities within the initially allocated budgets. Management component: Managing a team of approximately 30 resources Leading daily the teams and motivating them Develop skills within the team, by drawing up training plans adapted to the needs of employees and the group's strategic orientations. Implementing a recruitment plan (internal/external) to anticipate risks related to departures/mobility. Ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the service in order to guarantee the expected level Overseeing the development of the activities and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards/priorities. ensure with the team drafting new and improving and updating existing policies and processes

Must Have Skills Good sense of organization & Strong attention to details and technicalities (prioritization, multitasking, organize topics, set the pace...) Ability to work in a multicultural environment Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide financial/operational teams. Capability to deal with uncertainties and find ways to solve problems. Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive data Efficient communication and fluency in English & French with a good written and verbal skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Educational Level, Certifications: Bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Project Management or equivalent Financial or Project Management Certification is a plus

5 to 10 years of proven track record in people management
