Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of digital transformation initiatives across business units.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies
• Ensure digital initiatives align with corporate strategy, sustainability objectives, and customer experience goals.
• Foster a culture of digital-first thinking and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise systems
• Ensure enterprise platforms are configured to maximize business value, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards to ensure system scalability, security, and interoperability.
• Monitor system performance, manage upgrades, and ensure compliance with vendor SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Provide strategic leadership for IT service management, infrastructure, and application support.
• Ensure IT services consistently meet defined service levels and business expectations.
• Establish and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and cybersecurity measures to protect operations.
• Manage budgets, cost optimization, and oversee the IT portfolio
• Lead data governance, master data management, and enterprise analytics programs.
• Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and security across platforms.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through dashboards, KPIs, and predictive analytics.
• Partner with business units to identify AI and analytics use cases that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring digital and IT strategies support overall business growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
• Represent the IT function in executive forums, steering committees, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT and digital transformation teams.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and agile work culture.
• Build organizational capabilities in emerging technologies and digital competencies.

Experience

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT and digital transformation leadership.
• Proven success in developing and executing IT and enterprise application strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise managing complex multi-platform ecosystems such as ERP
• Experience in large-scale IT portfolio management, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• In-depth understanding of digital transformation and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong expertise in data management, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Awareness of emerging technology trends and their business applications.
