This role is responsible for maintaining our devices, ensuring data security, managing access across platforms, handling our website, and supporting our digital marketing campaigns with the right tools and analytics.
Key Responsibilities1. Device & System Maintenance
Maintain and troubleshoot
CCTV cameras, routers, tablets, POS devices
, and all technical equipment
Ensure smooth operation of all technology used across branches
2. Email, Backup & Access Control
Manage
email accounts
, permissions, and security settings
Handle regular
data backups
, restore files when needed
Control access to Google Workspace, shared folders, and company drives
3. Data Security & Compliance
Ensure company data is stored securely
Monitor user access, passwords, and cybersecurity protocols
Prevent unauthorized access and manage security alerts
4. Website Management & Development
Maintain and update the company website
Fix bugs and improve performance
Add new features or pages when required
5. Digital Marketing Support
Create, manage, and monitor
digital campaigns
(Google, Meta, email, etc.)
Build tools and dashboards to
analyze campaign performance
Provide detailed reports and suggestions
Requirements
Strong technical background in
IT, systems management, or digital operations
Experience in
device maintenance
(CCTV, routers, POS, tablets, etc.)
Strong knowledge of
Google Workspace
(email, drive, permissions, backups)
Experience in
website management
(WordPress, Shopify, or custom)
Understanding of
cybersecurity
and data protection
Experience in running and analyzing
digital campaigns
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms and respond quickly to issues
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus)
Basic coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, API integrations)
Familiarity with POS systems such as Foodics
