• One of the pioneers and leaders in their specialized industry. Has several awards including Best Liquidity Provider, Top Liquidity Provider from different prestigious organizations.
• Established about 2 years ago with 15+ team size. Offices worldwide in Dubai, Singapore, and Switzerland, headquarters in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

• After a very successful 2024, looking for new Remote Backend Engineer to join the team.
• Architect, develop, and maintain robust server-side systems, APIs, and microservices to support scalable applications
• Integrate real-time communication protocols to ensure fast, low-latency interactions across the platform
• Design, implement, and optimize databases for high-performance data processing and storage efficiency
• Build and optimize the backend architecture and monitor system performance; involved with debugging and enhancing overall system reliability
• Work closely with frontend engineers and DevOps to deliver technical requirements.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Previous experience as a Backend Engineer or similar role
• Strong knowledge and involvement in the crypto or blockchain industry
• Proficiency in building scalable systems for high data and traffic volume, but has low latency and high responsiveness.
• Knowledgeable with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiar with decentralized applications, cryptocurrency wallets, and blockchain-related technologies.
• Fluent in English.
