- Provides top quality, unique, and easy-to-access games in the market.
- One of the pioneers and leaders in their specialized industry. Recently has been working on launching a new application that will offer variety of games to users.
- Established over a year ago. Team size of +10 and is headquartered in Dubai, UAE.
- After a very successful 2024, looking for new Application Support Associate to join the team.
- Work closely with the engineering and development team for quick technical resolve.
- Responsible for L1 support for users of the application.
- Be involved with testing and software upgrades implementation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant field.
- Prior 1-2 years experience with application support or similar roles.
- Strong with SQL (query and reporting); knowledge of HTML, CSS, Figma
- Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Preferably with knowledge of programming languages including Angular, React, NodeJS, and .Net Core.
- Fluent in English. Arabic would be a plus.
- Valid UAE work visa
- Dubai, UAE
- 5K-10K+ AED per month
