Job Description

Qualifications:



Proficiency in

Microsoft 365

applications including SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Basic knowledge of

programming and automation tools

(e.g., VB Macros) Understanding of

IT systems and infrastructure

, including servers, networking (routers, switches, VPNs), printers, and backup systems Familiarity with

database and system monitoring

for accounting, sales, customer, and documentation systems Background in

administrative coordination

, including memo preparation, travel arrangements, office supply monitoring, and staff documentation tracking Experience in

document control and management

, with knowledge of proper filing practices and document security Basic understanding of

procurement processes

such as local purchase orders and quotation summaries Strong attention to detail and ability to handle

confidential information

with discretion Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and support cross-departmental needs efficiently Basis understanding of accounting process

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in daily IT and administrative operations Create and maintain automated tools using macros Organize and manage digital and physical documentation Support accounting tasks such as data entry and reporting Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office workflows
