Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT & AV systems and users. Record all issues that arise and report to the IT Manager any issues that need further attention Manage and maintain IT Inventory Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager Respond to any Guest-related IT requirements immediately in a very polite and welcoming manner. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers. Sound knowledge in hotel IT telecommunication & AV operation. Willing to learn new technologies and update knowledge. Job Requirements: Previous IT experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector Experience with Microsoft Servers and clients mandotory/ Linux server/ VMware/ SAN Storage/ cloud backup and local Backup. Experience with Network switches, Wi-Fi access points, HSIA, and troubleshooting is an added advantage (Basic Network troubleshooting knowledge is mandatory) Experience with hotel applications, such as Oracle Opera and Micros/Infrasys, KOT printers and receipt printers, IPTV, Avaya IP, and analog Telephony PABX knowledge preferred.
