Assist Asset Supervisor on Asset Management process workflow.
Execute IT Asset preparation and configuration prior provision.
Prepare all necessary documentation for asset handover.
Provide clients requested IT Assets, following Asset Management and Service Request procedures.
Track asset assignments monitor asset database and escalate in case of inconsistency.
Provide requested consumables or equipment to IT Support Groups upon request.
Audit venue assigned IT assets, check on proper space allocation and asset tagging.
Log requests for warranty, lost and stolen equipment. Follow asset security procedures.
Participate in bump-in and bump-out delivery process.
Control IT asset storage conditions, stock levels and guide on proper process.
Capture IT assets arrival and movement between IT warehouses.
Participate in continual improvement for Asset and Service Desk.
Contribute to other Asset Management activities.
Report to the Project IT Asset Manager.

Skills

Experience in Asset management related roles.
Good understanding of IT services computer systems, printers, mobile devices and other tech products.
Good knowledge of IT Asset management best practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Arabic is an asset
