Job Description
IT Contract Specialist EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in relevant discipline
- 5-7 years of IT experience related to IT systems & services.
- 3+ years of direct experience in IT procurement & contracts
- Candidates currently available in Qatar with valid QID and NOC
- Contract Duration: 1 Year extendable
- Location \xe2\x80\x93 Mesaieed
- Salary Range \xe2\x80\x93 Starts with 12000 QR Full Package
- Responsible for all aspects of IT contract management including contract review, amendment, creation, and renewal.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to mediate contractual terms with vendors (including framework agreements and consulting agreement), to ensure that all interest are covered.
- Conduct analysis on current contracts to identify potential risk and opportunities.
- Support in the development and implementation of an efficient IT procurement process that includes development of tender plans, preparation of tendering documents and presentation to relevant approval committees.
- Assist in keeping the section up to date on all IT procurement and contractual activities. Prepare and maintain accurate and accessible computerized copy filing systems. Resolves issues relative to IT procurements, solicitations, contract formats, schedules, negotiations, awards, modifications, and amendments.
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
