We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Consultant to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing IT consulting communication in Europe. As an integral part of our organization, you will be based in the UAE and will play a pivotal role in handling IT tendering, customer inquiries, and providing essential support to our European operations. This position requires a deep understanding of IT systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors for IT-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

IT Consulting Communication in Europe:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related communication with clients and partners in Europe.

Understand clients\' IT requirements and objectives to effectively tailor solutions and consulting services.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop strategic IT plans for clients in the European market.

IT Tendering and Proposal Management:

Identify IT consulting opportunities in Europe through market research and client engagement.

Prepare and manage tender proposals, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements.

Develop compelling presentations and documentation to showcase our expertise and capabilities.

Customer Inquiry Management:

Address customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with technical teams to resolve customer challenges effectively.

Support EU Operations:

Collaborate with regional teams in Europe to align IT strategies with business goals and objectives.

Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Subcontractor Coordination:

Identify potential subcontractors and vendors for IT-related projects in Europe.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.

Oversee subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
