Job Title: Real Estate IT Consultant (HR & Web Development Expertise)

We are a dynamic and growing real estate company seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant who can bridge the gap between technology, HR systems, and business operations. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in web development, HR software solutions, and IT infrastructure management, all tailored to the needs of a modern real estate organization.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Support: Develop and implement technology solutions that align with business goals across real estate operations and HR functions.
Web Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly company websites and internal portals (property listings, HR dashboards, etc.).
HR Systems Management: Implement, integrate, and maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems), payroll software, and recruitment platforms.
Data Management: Ensure secure handling of employee, client, and property data; maintain backups and compliance with data protection regulations.
Automation & Optimization: Identify areas for automation within HR and real estate processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, client tracking).
Technical Support: Provide IT troubleshooting and support to HR and business teams.
Vendor & Software Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party IT and HR software providers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of experience in IT consulting, ideally within the real estate or professional services industry.
Strong experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or similar frameworks).
Experience with HR technologies (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, employee portals).
Knowledge of cloud services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.).
Understanding of real estate platforms, CRM systems, and data integration.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with property management systems (PMS) or real estate CRMs.
Familiarity with API integrations between HR and business platforms.
Basic graphic design or UX/UI experience.
Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
