Hiring of an external IT consultant to help and assist in the Data Storage issue
.Scope of Work
The consultant will analyze the current systems (VMware, VSAN, Dell Data Domain, and Avamar backup solution) and the data storage process at the LAB for compliance with WADA requirements.
Assess the current data backup and recovery processes. Analyze the data backup process at the LAB. Recommend a backup strategy that meets the LAB standards and WADA requirements. Identify critical LAB data that requires backup. Gather requirements for backup frequency, retention policies, and Recovery Time
Objectives (RTO).
Suggest a comprehensive backup strategy, including on-site and off-site backups, cloud.
storage solutions, and/or hybrid systems.
Provide an assessment report and backup strategy recommendations.
Preference will be given to consultants with experience in Anti-Doping Labs.
Requirement Criteria: -

Experience Certificate is required: - 5+ Years of Experience in Anti-Doping Labs
Project Duration: - 3 to 6 Months
Site visit Required
