This role involves relationship building, and sales planning to ensure DPQ products are Positioned with the IT Resellers & System Integrators. This role demands a Basic understanding of UPs Technologies, PDU, Racks, KVM Swicthes, Connectivity Cables & Accessories. . In this role you will identify, Recruit and Onboard New Channel Partners, Develop and Implement Channel Strategies to achieve Sales Targets and Expand Market Reach. Providing partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services. Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans. Fostering strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to align channel initiatives and support partner activities. Providing partners with the necessary support to close deals and meet sales targets. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to adapt channel strategies. " "1. Resellers Recruitment and Management: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners, while also nurturing relationships with existing partners. 2. 3. Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing partner performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans. 4. Relationship Building: Fostering strong, long-term relationships with resellers partners. 5. Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as marketing and product management, to align resellers initiatives and support partner activities. Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to adapt channel strategies. 6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiating and managing contracts and agreements with channel partners. 7. Reporting: Preparing and delivering regular sales forecasts and reports on Resellers performance. 8. A Bachelor's in Electrical / Electronics Engineering Fresh Grad / 2-3 years of IT Channel Sales Experience - Relationship with Tier 2 It Resellers/System Integrators. Basic knowledge of UPS technologies and ability to perform UPS sizing and load analysis. Understanding of power quality issues (voltage sags, harmonics, transients) and how UPS systems mitigate them. Familiarity with battery technologies (VRLA, Li-ion, NiCd) and their integration with UPS systems. Sales & Business Development , Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking, CRM Proficiency, Industry Knowledge, Problem Solving.
