• Strategic Consultation and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Department Heads and relevant teams, system implementers, and industry associations.
• Actively participate in discussions, share knowledge, and educate and influence others.

Property Management Solution Implementation:

• Be closely involved in the design and implementation phase of the Property Management Solution on PropEzy.
• Provide consultative inputs on best practices, drive process standardization, and review/input towards requirements, design, and process mapping up till implementation. This covers seamless integration with Oracle ensuring data alignment between commercial teams and finance department.

Continuous Learning and Industry Updates:

• Continuously monitor and stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and innovations within the real estate industry.
• Keep abreast of changes in market dynamics, emerging technologies, sustainable practices, and other influential factors.

Prop Management Business Specialization:

• Specialize in the PropEzy Solution, managing deliveries and implementation on this platform.
• Provide critical inputs during the design and implementation phase, creating functional specifications, and driving solution architecture discussions.
• Filtering customization/enhancement requests through cost benefit analysis.

Application Management and Support:

• Act as the application owner, maintaining existing configurations, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to IT SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing inputs in requirements gathering, authoring documentation, analyzing systems, creating and reviewing functional specifications, conducting testing, training, and deployment.

Technology Adoption and Solution Design:

• Adopt the latest technologies relevant to Real Estate Business, manage upgrade routines, and stay aware of the platform roadmap.
• Analyze and design solutions to solve business problems, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
