About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Business Analyst

to join our dynamic team in

Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have over

2-7 years

of proven experience in business analysis, with a strong foundation in stakeholder management, business process optimization, and data-driven strategy execution. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality business solutions in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate requirement gathering sessions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts. Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements. Mentor junior Business Analysts, ensuring quality and consistency in documentation and deliverables. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Utilize data analytics and KPIs to support strategic planning and business decisions. Manage and track deliverables using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, Balsamiq, or Power BI. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation. Oversee UAT planning, manage defect life cycles, and ensure change management compliance. Conduct workshops, deliver product demos, and provide end-user training when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT Software Service domains.

Proficient in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis. Skilled in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other business analysis platforms. Demonstrated

expertise in the service industry, particularly IT services.

Capability to support and collaborate on

both pre-sales and post-sales Business Analysis (BA) activities.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
