Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Level-1 Application support in WMS and ERP
• Master creation/Updating in both Oracle and WMS (SKU, Supplier, Customer and Price list)
• Delisting of SKU's, Cancelling open PO/SO in Oracle.
• Troubleshooting of interface issues from WMS to Oracle and Crystal reports.
• Liaise directly with users to ensure all service requests are properly assessed, prioritized, and managed through to completion.
• Identifying persistent problems and work with key stakeholders to address the root causes.
• Providing end-user application and functionality training.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-4 years' experience as an application support or similar role.
• Hands on Oracle E-Business Suite 11i/R12 experience is essential.
• Hands on experience in any WMS would be helpful.
• Experience in various Master Creation in Oracle EBS / WMS
• SQL skills and a good understanding of the ERP schemas.
• Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.
• ITIL process Knowledge
• Experienced user of defect tracking systems, including the extraction of key data for weekly reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support complex system customizations.
• Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience.
• Ability to multi-task and priorities across concurrent workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as user facing role.
• Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• An ability to adopt and adhere to policies and procedures.
