We have a great opportunity for a talented IT associate to join our team. The successful applicant will have a good background in Information Technology and up to date on the latest systems & processes
What we are looking for?
Minimum of 1 year as an IT desktop/helpdesk support in a customer-service oriented company/4-5 Star Hotel.
Windows 10 or earlier version, End-point/Malware protection or Anti-Virus.
MS Outlook and other MS Office Applications.
Android/IOS smart devices Basic Desktop Hardware assembly.
Basics in TCP/IP Wired and wireless network.
Team player, accountable and resilient.
What will you do?
Monitoring the network and ensuring its smooth running.
Upkeep & Health of the Servers & Interfaces.
Ensure trouble free operations of the PMS system (OPERA).
Ensure efficient operation of the Restaurant POS system (INFRASYS).
Assist guests in Internet connections on their personal computers with a friendly, competent, and top-quality service.
Provide Help to guests on all Interactive TV problems and doubts.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Hardware like Printers, PC's, and Network.
Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed.
To ensure that all guest complaints are investigated, and proper action is taken.
