A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be responsible for:

• Help the IT Manager to maintain a full up-to-date inventory for all hardware including Modem, Hubs, Monitors, etc including the telecommunications related computer equipment\xe2\x80\x99s. Detailing Purchase date, Price, Serial Number, Model Number, expected replacement date and maintenance where applicable.

• Help the IT Manager to maintain a full up-to-date Software list including all operating systems backed up by the original licenses or invoice, detailing Software licenses, Purchase date, Price (where applicable), release number, and maintenance (where applicable)

• Help the IT Manager to maintain a full up-to-date inventory per PC, all Software applications installed including location and release number.

• IT Associate must be experienced in the following:

+ All Micros Fidelio software applications (Opera, Sales & Catering, OXI, etc)
+ Desktop application MS Office, Exchange & Outlook
+ Windows XP experience
+ Microsoft OS (Servers & Workstation)
+ SQL, MS-Access & Oracle

Appropriate Assistance in Management Responsibilities:

• To help managing and testing the Disaster Recovery Plan. (Reloading of back-up, live test of UPS\xe2\x80\xa6).
• To assist managing the physical security of any computer room, internet access.
• To stay up-to-date with technology change, trends and future in the hospitality industry and in general
• To share any experience with the rest of the team
