Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Assistant or similar role.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are preferred.
