The Role
We are currently looking for a full-time junior IT Assistant to join our establishment with the following criteria: Roles and Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide IT assistance to staff with computer hardware, software and network issues, while monitoring and supporting the execution and successful completion of jobs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set up and configure desktops, laptop computers, peripherals and accounts\xe2\x80\x99 security. \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot, diagnose problems and implement corrective action procedures within prescribed guidelines and/or escalate to other technical resources as appropriate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to unit goals by accomplishing related duties as required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documenting processes and track of technological advancements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to commute between sites.

Requirements
Requirements and skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as IT Assistant or relevant position \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding organizational and time-management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
