Job Summary: Looking for an IT Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a Degree in Computer Science or any related course
Should have more than 2 years of experience in monitoring, diagnosing and resolving technical issues associated with hardware and software systems
Good experience in setting up user accounts, installing operating systems as well as providing training on new software programs
Good knowledge of computer network administrations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good experience in end user support and software applications management required
Excellent communication skills required
