to support our group's restaurants, cafes, and catering units. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day technical operations, troubleshoot IT and POS issues, and ensure smooth functioning of all technology systems across our outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for POS systems, printers, and restaurant management software.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Support network setup and connectivity across outlets.
Coordinate with vendors for POS maintenance, upgrades, and licensing.
Manage user accounts, access control, and data backup.
Maintain records of IT assets and ensure system security compliance.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in
F&B or hospitality
industry.
Strong knowledge of
POS systems
(Micros, Omega, Aloha, or similar).
Familiarity with restaurant back-office and inventory software.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support multiple branches.
