IT Architect (Data OR Cloud) - Tier One Consultancy - Dubai, Full Time
We are currently supporting our client, a leading Tier One Consulting organization, who are seeking a talented and driven IT Architect with expertise in either cloud or data-focused solutions. This position is tailored for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in IT consulting who excel in designing innovative architectures and delivering transformative solutions for clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
For Cloud-Focused Candidates:

• Design and implement cloud adoption strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Lead assessments and execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Design CI/CD pipelines and automate cloud environments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and cloud governance policies.

For Data-Focused Candidates:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategies, including governance, quality, and analytics roadmaps.
• Create robust data architectures to support enterprise-wide analytics, reporting, and data science initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable big data platforms using tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
• Architect end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms.
• Enable advanced analytics and visualization through tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of IT consulting experience with a strong focus on cloud or data solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Technical Expertise for Cloud-Focused Candidates:
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies, serverless computing, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
• Technical Expertise for Data-Focused Candidates:
• Proficiency in data architecture, database design, and big data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and cloud-based data solutions.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure consulting environment.
