General Summary
Position Overview:
As IT Applications PMO specialist within our IT Project Management Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution and delivery of business digitalization projects, following different project management methodologies and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: * Business Analysis & Documentation
- Project Planning, Reporting & Control
- Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency (RAID) Management
- Change Control
- Agile Management
- Creating and Maintaining Project Templates
- Stakeholder Management
- RFP Management
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with project management processes, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE).
- Familiarity of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project,ServiceNow, JIRA, Asana, etc.
- Prior experience working in PMO, preferably within the IT, Digital, or Energy & Utility sector.
