Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions.
Ensure solutions align with
organizational goals and IT architecture
.
Assist in
testing, deployment, and system enhancements
.
Documentation & Training:
Create and maintain
user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows
.
Conduct training sessions to support end-users.
Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
Monitor
IT application performance
and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated with emerging
technologies and best practices
.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (
CBAP, PMP
) are a plus.
Experience:
5-7
years
of experience in a
Business Analyst
or
IT Applications Analyst
role.
Experience in
enterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement
.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
.
Knowledge of
SDLC and Agile methodologies
.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
Excellent communication skills
to bridge IT and business teams.
