.Responsibilities
Business Requirements & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications. Identify areas for improvement in business processes and workflows.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement application solutions. Ensure solutions align with
organizational goals and IT architecture
. Assist intesting, deployment, and system enhancements
.Documentation & Training:
Create and maintain
user manuals, functional specifications, and process flows
. Conduct training sessions to support end-users.Continuous Improvement & Optimization:
Monitor
IT application performance
and recommend enhancements. Stay updated with emergingtechnologies and best practices
.Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration
, or a related field. Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP
) are a plus.Experience:
5-7
years
of experience in aBusiness Analyst
orIT Applications Analyst
role. Experience inenterprise applications, software implementation, and process improvement
.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
IT applications, databases, and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
. Knowledge ofSDLC and Agile methodologies
.Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.Excellent communication skills
to bridge IT and business teams. *Stakeholder management
experience.
