IT Analyst
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Duties:

Manage and administer Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, DHCP, CA, and ADFS, including audits and compliance reporting.
Oversee email infrastructure (Exchange, Office 365) including mailbox migrations, configurations, and email security solutions (Cisco ESA, FireEye).
Lead cloud projects such as Azure deployments, multi-tenant management, and AD synchronization.
Administer and optimize VMware virtual environments and conduct system patching using SCCM, WSUS, and BIGFIX.
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions (VEEAM, AD, Exchange).
Deploy and maintain MDM solutions (Intune MDM/MAM) to ensure secure access to mobile devices and applications.
Drive infrastructure upgrades and migrations (servers, endpoints, and Office 365).
Ensure IT systems comply with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and industry security standards.
Lead and mentor IT teams to deliver high-quality support and service excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure IT aligns with business goals
