Evaluate current IT systems and recommend improvements for better efficiency. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by end-users. Collaborate with departments to gather system requirements and implement technical solutions. Support the integration and deployment of new applications and upgrades. Monitor system performance, run diagnostics, and generate routine reports. Maintain IT documentation including procedures, network diagrams, and support logs. Ensure data security protocols and compliance with company IT policies.
Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support, analysis, or systems administration. Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure. * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
