1. Being responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, local and/or wide area networks, IT security and policies. (Dubai and Sharjah offices)

2.Coordinate with company\xe2\x80\x99s external IT support and Point of contact of Head office IT Department and take action to any of their requests.

3.Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.

4.Resolve software, hardware, network, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printer, scanner, telephony, and related issues, while proactively monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

5.Collaborate with Head Office IT team to create and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

6.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, such as servers, workstations, and network devices.

7. Provide training and support to staff on company software and hardware usage.

8. Deploy and maintain network security measures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate data.

9.Plan and carry out IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades and expansions.

10. Manage Microsoft 365 licenses, user creation, eDiscovery, mail flow, antispam, and other email security duties.

11. Handle Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.

12.Highly involve in on/off boarding of employees, setup the machines, required software and all the related setups.

13. Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT resource access.

14.Maintain IT asset inventory.
