Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a IT administrator required with 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sector. Able to handle issues related to LIS and Lab Server and IT support.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
