Responsible in working in Windows server 2012 r2, 2016, 2019 and advanced (AD, DHCP, DNS, Hyper-V & VMware) systems
Administers systems and servers in relation to LAN and WAN (e.g. email systems, accounts, workstation ID, IP assignments, computers, security, antivirus, spyware, etc.) to insure availability of services to users.
Designs network infrastructure (physical and virtual) to insure effective and efficient networking systems.
Maintains network operations& minimal software applications support e.g. servers (file, print, application etc.), operating systems, wide server backup, routine maintenance programs, etc. to insure efficient operations.
Manages servers and network resources, network applications to insure delivery of services in compliance with established guidelines and/or objectives.
Prepares written materials (e.g. procedures, system level documentation, reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
Recommends equipment, supplies and materials necessary to complete jobs efficiently.
Liaisons with outside vendors and service providers to seek technical assistance and support
Responds to inquiries and concerns regarding IT service
Identify in advance Group's IT requirement and benefit of upcoming new technologies, research trends, products, equipment, tests, etc. for the purpose of recommending procedures and/or purchases.
Take preventive measure to avoid IT related problems and to insure smooth functionalities of Group Network.
Trains other staff (primarily within the technology area) to enhance their ability to use new and/or existing operating systems & minimal application software.
Provide first point of IT Support contact for staffs.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Assisting staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face; email or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Troubleshoot technical issues to resolution and/or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required as follows: -
Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the local/virtual network is not compromised.
Expedite the repair of hardware faults and software configuration problems, notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers in a timely manner.
Monitor performance of local/virtual systems, ensuring issues are appropriately escalated and resolved.
Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required, supporting the roll-out of new applications and solutions.
Demonstrate commitment to and promotion of a culture of service excellence and continual improvement within the IT team.
Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
Assist with ongoing development of related firm policies and procedures, including appropriate controls around organizational change management.

F-Secure/With Secure EPP Admin controls & upkeep.
Perform weekly local NAS storage file server backups.
Maintains ZKTECO Biometric devices & its server.
Preserves, support AVAYA IPPABX phone system & its server.
Organize & formulates the whole IT environment like telephone, internet networking, cabling for the newer projects site offices.
