- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for all IT related issues and ensuring adherence to the SLA.
- Supporting Internet, desktops, laptops, laser printers, laser scanners, projectors, and other computer hardware and peripherals.
- Managing Wi-Fi performance, Monitor Cisco Cloud Miraki based Access Points and Anti- Virus software.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems, computer software and hardware.
- Manage and Administrate Servers, Applications, Firewalls, Enterprise backup and network infrastructure. Ensured adherence to the SLA within the network.
- Identifying performance problems and malfunctions
- Relocating or moving existing equipment as required.
- Traveling to the client\xe2\x80\x99s location or connecting via a remote link.
- Managing routine preventive procedures; maintaining and monitoring IT Rooms & hardware checks.
- Perform health system checks on areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking Corporate IT assets.
- Maintaining hardware and corresponding documentation of fixes, notes, and recommendations
- Monitoring network environments and proactively maintain infrastructure to prevent failures.
- Updating process, procedure, and other documentation
- Propose new ideas to management for having better and scalable network.
- Provide 1st level support for Business Applications. Log and follow-up issues with Business Application vendors.
- Good knowledge about Office 365 and other Microsoft cloud applications.
- Good knowledge about Active Directory Management, DNS & DHCP, Cisco Switches and SonicWALL Firewalls.
- Having Adequate knowledge about Anti-Virus & Firewalls
- Good knowledge about backup software like Synology
- Experience in managing Business Application preferably WMS (Warehouse Management)/ Inventory or supply chain applications.
- Open to learn new technology and business applications as per companies\xe2\x80\x99 requirements.
- Network Management understanding.
- Familiarity with ITIL and its applications.
- Work with reports, root cause analysis.
- Vendor negotiation, Work with vendors for solution and their support.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Bachelor of Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Certifications in Cisco & Microsoft Preferred.
Additional Information
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in managing and supporting the End User requirements. Certification in Cisco & Microsoft (preferable). Candidate should have Adequate knowledge in Network technologies.
