QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified
Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)) are

advantageous.

UAE driver's license is a plus. Strong interest and passion for video games across multiple platforms (PC, console,
mobile).

Basic technical knowledge of gaming systems, hardware, and software. Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.
EXPERIENCE o Proven experience as a System/Network Administrator with hands-on knowledge of computer networks and installations.

Supporting and troubleshooting gaming consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, PC) and VR/AR
devices.

Installing, updating, and maintaining games, devices, and accessories. Managing accounts, profiles, system settings, and storage. Familiarity with online gaming platforms (PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace, Steam). Experience with Windows, macOS latest OS. Familiarity with bug reporting tools. Basic knowledge of Python coding/scripting for troubleshooting mods or custom content.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
