POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Industrial Services equipment. Operation and Quality Monitoring of Environmental protection activities, while ensuring people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised.

A DAY IN THE LIFE \xe2\x80\xa6

• Develop and maintain utilities competencies for IS Operators at the factory
• Manage maintenance contracts with 3rd party suppliers and address service reports
• Contribute to compliance process for industrial services in operation, maintenance, and safety
• Optimize maintenance plan and make improvements for cost-effective utilities generation
• Manage shift schedule for IS operators to ensure 24/7 availability
• Support Capital Investments projects in Industrial Services areas
• Distribute work orders and balance workload for IS operators
• Contribute to budget preparation and tracking in Industrial Services
• Implement Change Management for modifications in Industrial Services Areas
• Prepare/update SOP and PIDs for industrial services operation and maintenance
• Maintain utilities equipment for smooth operations
• Ensure safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Follow up on routine maintenance activities and work orders
• Maintain personal tool kit and hygiene conditions
• Prepare and complete work orders as required
• Check and record operational parameters of equipment
• Perform safety checks on equipment regularly
• Troubleshoot and restore equipment operation promptly
• Perform planned shutdown jobs
• Implement TPM and digitalization in IS areas
• Optimize water and energy consumption through saving initiatives.

What will make you successful\xe2\x80\xa6

Core Requirements:

• 3 - 4 years\' experience in a maintenance position
• Degree/Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
• Previous experience in Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM, preventive maintenance planning and/or maintenance execution)
• Willing to work in shifts
• Previous experience in Personnel Supervision (on technical teams, contractors, or other 3rd parties)
• Ability to Self-Manage following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
• Good experience in thermal, refrigeration system operation and maintenance, Water treatment, pump and pumping station, HVAC systems, Compressed Air

Good to have:

• Advanced knowledge of ammonia refrigeration system and associated aspects
• Knowledge of protocol to implement rules of hygiene, safety, zoning and environment
• Knowledge of Hygienic Engineering and AMM
• Knowledge of basic HVAC operation & maintenance, and understanding of food hygiene concepts coupled with adequate safety knowledge
• Knowledge of compressed air systems with associated quality, safety and maintenance requirements
• Knowledge of HVAC general Procedures like Leak test, Vacuum, Refrigerant Charging, Brazing, soldering
• Basic knowledge of Computer (MS office)
• Should have a basic machine understanding and food hygiene concepts coupled with adequate safety knowledge
