We are a dynamic and growing restaurant in the heart of Abu Dhabi, seeking a passionate and experienced Iranian Chef to join our culinary team. Our restaurant is dedicated to offering authentic and high-quality Iranian cuisine, and we are looking for a chef who can help us elevate our menu and dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional Iranian dishes.
Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
Develop new recipes and menus in line with our restaurant's concept.
Train and lead kitchen staff in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and adhering to food safety standards.
Work closely with management to meet revenue and cost goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Iranian Chef with a deep understanding of Iranian cuisine and culture.
Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Iranian cooking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A culinary arts degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
