We are a fast-growing Apple device service provider based in Doha, specializing in on-site and in-shop repair services for iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and other Apple products. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality services to our customers across Qatar.

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented

iPhone & Apple Device Repair Technicians

to join our technical team. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing Apple devices including iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. The ideal candidate is passionate about Apple technology and committed to providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

Diagnose hardware and software issues on iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and water damage treatments Maintain a clean and organized workstation Keep up to date with new Apple technologies and repair methods Communicate effectively with customers and the service team Maintain repair records and follow quality assurance protocols

Requirements

Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in repairing Apple devices Familiarity with tools and equipment used in mobile repairs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be currently residing in Qatar with valid QID (transferable visa preferred)
