Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible of Major Node Modernization within Etisalat IP Core network.
- Responsible of IP Network Design & Optimization within Etisalat IP Core network
- Engage with vendor & test all new features within Etisalat Lab before implementing on Etisalat IP Core Live network.
- Build automation use cases and network intelligence architecture/design
- Capacity planning for IP Core Network vs forecast / traffic trends
- Build IP design with vendors for required changes & optimization in IP core network
- Perform capacity planning for IP core network vs forecast & previous traffic trends
- Preparation & Lab testing for design changes with existing network nodes to prepare for migrations
- Monitor & Analyze network performance KPIs and advise on required enhancements
- Build configuration MOPs with vendors for pilot implementation of design changes & upgrade
- Discuss with operations & service design teams for migration projects and prepare the required checks before & after migration
- Implementation of pilot sites migration with no service impact
- Assure smooth implementation of network modernization within scheduled project period
- Optimize current deployed IP designs to reduce resources utilization & improve efficiency
- Study Industry trends in Automation and Intelligence with vendors
- Build automation and network intelligence architecture including all necessary integrations with different systems in Etisalat
